A while back, on facebook, I did some 5-minute practice speed-etchings of people who sent me a picture. I noticed one floating around recently, still used as a profile image. I'm really glad to see the quick work being enjoyed, but I think Joe Gleason deserves a better one and not a rushed effort. Here's an upgraded etch of Joe and his baby daughter.
